Duke Energy Florida has launched a new ENERGY STAR incentive program, enabling multifamily builders to receive a $500 credit for each individually metered unit which meets ENERGY STAR certification criteria. The incentive can be combined with an additional $500 tax credit from ENERGY STAR.

Following a devastating hurricane season, Duke Energy Florida is giving away 1,000 free trees to its customers as part of its ongoing collaboration with the Arbor Day Foundation.

As rising prices for many goods and services hit families and businesses across its territory over the last year, Duke Energy helped nearly 190,000 residential customers gain access to nearly $200 million in funds to help pay their energy bills in 2022.
